Open Day at Abingdon
On the 18th February, the Centre for Healthy Sleep held its first open day for patients. The day began with presentations from our expert team on a variety of relevant topics. The day was relaxed and informal with plenty of refreshments provided.
The afternoon started with small informal workshops offering patients the opportunity to compare notes and discuss aspects of their treatment with each other.
Those attending on the day had the opportunity to spend time with one of our trained clinicians to look at their treatment such as mask issues or review of the data on their device.
The informality of the day allowed patients to watch demonstrations on mask care and cleaning. Our technical team were also available to explain the full functionality of the devices, battery use and answer any questions.

It was a great opportunity for us to hear the views of our customers and what they would like to see in the future from ResMed. They also gave us invaluable product feedback and allowed them to share their experiences with each other.
